«Существует острая нехватка современного, комфортного жилья в этой области. Поэтому, было бы целесообразно построить несколько новых многоквартирных домов для молодых специалистов и, возможно, новый жилой комплекс для семейного отдыха. Пространство для этого жилья может быть найдено путем сноса существующих захудалых зданий.

Некоторые из средств в районе также должны быть улучшены. Во-первых, я бы настоятельно рекомендовал, Совету потратить больше денег на общественный транспорт, чтобы люди могли быстрее добираться до работы. Во-вторых, необходимо больше общественных учреждений, в частности, хорошо оснащенная библиотека и общественный центра проводящий мероприятия и предоставляющий информацию о событиях в области.
